How to report an error

Email us at the address shown at the bottom of every page. Tell us the page, what is wrong, and where you saw the correct information. A link to the operator's terms or the regulator's notice helps us fix it faster.

What happens next

  1. We check the report against the primary source: the operator's own terms, the state regulator's list or the law.
  2. If the page is wrong, we correct it and update the "Facts last checked" date.
  3. If a correction changes an offer amount, a state list, a score or a recommendation, we add a short dated note on the page saying what changed.

Offers that change

Operators change offers without notice. When an offer we list has changed or ended, we update or remove it as soon as we see it on the operator's own site. An offer is never kept on a page after we know it has ended.

Who decides

Corrections are approved by our editor, Artur Devel, under the same rules as every page. See the editorial policy.
