Caesars Palace Online Casino review: $10 no deposit bonus, licensed in four states

Caesars Palace Online Casino at a glance

Caesars Palace Online Casino is a state-licensed online casino for players in New Jersey, Pennsylvania, Michigan and West Virginia. Its welcome offer starts with a $10 no deposit bonus that needs only 1x wagering, which makes it one of the easiest no deposit offers to clear. The trade-off is in the withdrawal rule: you cannot cash out winnings from bonus funds until you have made a deposit. This is a desk review, built from Caesars' own terms and the regulators' own lists, checked on October 26, 2026.

Who runs it and where it is licensed

In New Jersey, Caesars Interactive Entertainment New Jersey, LLC holds internet gaming permits on the New Jersey Division of Gaming Enforcement list, as the affiliate of three Atlantic City casinos. In Pennsylvania, the Pennsylvania Gaming Control Board lists the Caesars Palace Online Casino website under Harrah's Philadelphia, live since August 4, 2023. In Michigan, the Michigan Gaming Control Board lists Caesars as the platform provider of the Grand Traverse Band of Ottawa and Chippewa Indians, authorized for internet casino games. In West Virginia, Caesars' own promotion terms cover new accounts opened there; we have not yet found a public list of approved sites on the West Virginia Lottery website to confirm the entry. In every state, you must be physically present to play.

The welcome offer, including the $10 no deposit bonus

With promo code WELCOME, new players get three things:

1. $10 no deposit bonus on select slot games, with 1x wagering. You must wager it within 7 days or it is forfeited.
2. 100% deposit match up to $1,000 on select slot games, after a first deposit of at least $10, with 15x wagering within 7 days.
3. 2,500 Reward Credits in the Caesars Rewards program after you wager $25 or more.

On a 96% RTP slot, clearing the $10 at 1x costs about $0.40 on average, so the bonus is worth roughly $9.60 before the withdrawal rule. Full terms, the state differences and the math are on our Caesars Palace Online Casino no deposit bonus page.

Deposits and withdrawals

Caesars' terms say withdrawals are paid as soon as reasonably possible, subject to up to 72 hours of internal processing, and that a security review of your identity or account can add time. Withdrawals may be paid back through the same method and currency you deposited with. A first deposit of $10 is enough to unlock the deposit match. We have not yet confirmed the full list of payment methods on Caesars' own pages, so the payments score below is provisional.

Customer support

Caesars says its live chat is available 24/7. We have not tested response times, so the support score reflects the stated hours only.

Responsible gambling tools

Caesars' New Jersey terms let you set daily limits, take a time-out of at least 72 hours, or add your name to the internet self-exclusion list. Wagers placed with bonus funds count toward your spend limits. If you self-exclude on one Caesars platform, you may not open an account with another company in the same group. For a statewide block in New Jersey, the terms send you to the Division of Gaming Enforcement's self-exclusion program. More options are on our responsible gambling page.

Terms worth knowing before you sign up

• Arbitration: disputes are settled by individual arbitration through JAMS, with a waiver of class actions. You keep the right to complain to your state regulator.
• One welcome offer per person: if you already have a Caesars or William Hill account in any other state, you are not eligible, even if you register again.
• Discretion: Caesars may void bonuses and winnings if it decides a bonus gives an unfair or guaranteed advantage, and may change or end the promotion at any time, subject to regulatory approval.

How we scored Caesars Palace Online Casino

The weighted result is an NDB Score of 7.7 out of 10. How the score works is explained in how we rate.

Who it suits, and who it does not

It suits slot players in the four states who want to try a licensed casino with almost no wagering friction and who expect to deposit anyway. It suits players less if they only want to test the bonus and leave: winnings from the $10 stay locked until a deposit is made. Table game players will find the bonus limited to select slots.
