Caesars Palace Online Casino no deposit bonus: $10 at 1x with code WELCOME

The offer at a glance

How to claim it

1. Open a new account at Caesars Palace Online Casino from inside Michigan, New Jersey, Pennsylvania or West Virginia.
2. Enter promo code WELCOME during registration. The code must be entered when the account is opened.
3. Complete registration and identity verification. The terms say the $10 is credited once registration is complete, and one clause adds identity verification, so have your ID ready.
4. Play eligible slot games and wager the $10 once within 7 days.

What the $10 is really worth

At 1x wagering you must bet $10. On a slot with a 96% RTP that counts 100% toward wagering, the expected loss is $0.40, so the average value of the bonus is about $9.60. You can check other RTP figures in our no deposit bonus calculator. Real sessions vary: you may finish with nothing or with more.

The catch: a deposit before any withdrawal

The terms say you must have made at least one cash deposit before you can withdraw your bonus or winnings from bets made with bonus funds. In practice, the $10 lets you try the casino for free, but cashing out what you win from it requires putting your own money in first. If you only want a free trial with no deposit at all, treat any winnings as locked.

Who is not eligible

• Anyone under 21.
• Players who already have a Caesars or William Hill account in any other state, even if they register again during the promotion.
• Anyone who has already used a new player offer: once you open an account with an eligible code, you cannot take another new player offer from Caesars Sportsbook and Casino or Horseshoe Online Casino in any other location.

The deposit match that comes with it

The same code adds a 100% deposit match up to $1,000 on select slot games. Your first deposit must be at least $10, and the match carries 15x wagering, to be met within 7 days. The terms note that the exact dollar amount of the requirement depends on how much you deposit. A match you cannot clear in 7 days is forfeited, so size your deposit to what you can realistically play through. You also earn 2,500 Reward Credits in Caesars Rewards after wagering $25 or more; in Pennsylvania the $25 must be wagered within your first 7 days.

Differences between the states

Michigan, New Jersey and West Virginia share one set of promotion terms. Pennsylvania has its own document with the same headline offer. The Pennsylvania terms link a separate eligible games page for bonus play and spell out the 7-day window for the Reward Credits.

Terms that can catch you out

• 7-day window: both bonuses must be wagered within 7 days of opting in, or they are forfeited, with no partial bonus.
• Slots only: bonus funds only work on select slot games.
• Bonus cancellation: canceling a deposit match forfeits the bonus and any deposited funds already wagered.
• Discretion: Caesars may void bonuses or winnings if it decides an offer gives an unfair advantage, and may change or end the promotion, subject to regulatory approval.

Change log

• October 26, 2026: we read the terms for Michigan, New Jersey, Pennsylvania and West Virginia on Caesars' own pages. Offer unchanged: $10 at 1x with code WELCOME.
