Where our facts come from
We use primary sources only: the operator's own promotion terms and help pages, the state regulators' own license lists and notices, and the laws themselves. News and other websites are only used to find those primary sources, never as the source of a fact. Every page lists the sources it relies on at the bottom.
How offers are checked
Bonus offers change often and differ by state. We read each offer on the operator's own website for each state we list, record the date, and show it on the page as "Facts last checked". If we cannot read an offer on the operator's own site, for example because the page is only shown to visitors located in the state, we do not list it until we can confirm it.
What happens when a fact cannot be confirmed
A value we cannot confirm is not guessed. The text is written so it does not depend on that value, or the page is held back until the value is confirmed. A page with an open question is not published.
How we use AI tools
We use AI tools to help research and draft pages. Every page is checked against the sources listed on it and approved by our editor, Artur Devel, before it is published. No page is published automatically.
Independence
Operators do not see, edit or approve our pages before publication. Scores follow the published rating method and never depend on commission. How we make money is explained in our affiliate disclosure.
Player safety
Every page shows the minimum age (21+) and a link to our responsible gambling page. We only cover operators licensed by a US state regulator, and we never present a bonus as a way to make money.
Corrections and updates
When a fact changes or turns out to be wrong, we fix it and update the date. How to report an error and what happens next is in our corrections policy.
